CS has received a CCSP ACE specialization

 ZAGREB, 19th May 2009. – CS Computer Systems acquired a new Check Point specialization CCSP ACE. This specialization enables all Check Point appliance customers with special maintenance a replacement of appliance that has some kind of hardware issue within 4 hours from the notification of problem. In that way customer can obtain their regular business after 4 hour period regardless of hardware issue nature.
Check Point, world leader in Internet security field, granted CS Computer Systems with CCSP ACE specialization. CS is the only company with this specialization in the region. CCSP ACE specialization provides Check Point appliance customers with 4 hour replacement support for damaged appliances in maximum 4 hour period from the notification of the problem. For time-critical companies like telecom and media this specialization provides simple and fast replacement of appliance and installation of new one by CS certified experts.
