CS Computer Systems has achieved a Check Point Gold Partner status

 Zagreb, March 25th 2008 - Check Point, one of the globally leading companies in the field of computer security, has rewarded a successful partnership with CS by declaring it a Gold Partner. It confirms CS as a consequent provider of Check Point products and professional tech support. Besides becoming a Gold Partner, CS has received a Collaborative Support Partner status as well.
March has been a very successful month for CS Computer Systems as it received Gold Partner and Collaborative Support Provider Partner status. The Gold status has been declared almost two years after receiving the Silver Status, reflecting successful sales and securty systems integration, as well as the continuous education of personnel according to Check Point standards.
By becoming a CCSP partner, CS Computer Systems became a member of Check Point's support program Collaborative Enterprise Support (CES). This program combines personal experience of CS' experts with Check Point's technology and knowledge base. The users can, therefore, obtain maximum security, connectivity and reliability of their computer infrastructure. An extra advantage for our customers is the more efficient support, by being able to contact Check Point service directly. Namely, when the customer reports a problem, CS' experts will try to solve it locally first. If it shows to be impossible locally, the task is forwarded to Check Point 24/7 "follow the Sun" Technical Assistance Center. The advantage thus is CS' additional awareness of customer needs and requirements.
In today's world crossed with networks, the security issue is extremely important, especially since each company or organization can be a subject to attacks. Vulnerability of the IT infrastructure can cause financial loss, draining of the reputation, lower productivity and income, while the recovery is often expensive and slow.
Exactly for those reasons, by acquiring those two partner statuses, CS once again confirms its first position among the system integration companies on the Croatian market.
