IP telephone systems
IP telephone systems integrated at CS offer much more functionalities than standard telephone systems. As opposed to the standard telephone systems, IP telephone systems provide the following options:
- Integration of IP telephone system with LAN network, thus eliminating the need for a double infrastructure
- Use of single telephone number for desktop telephone, smartphone and PC application,
- Use of a collaboration system for remote communication, sharing the screen contents or files with the option of creating sessions between desktop computers, tablets and smartphones,
- Making video-calls,
- Integration of a high quality video conference system,
- Receiving and sending FAXES from a computer.
Solution scalability enables the licensing of system according to the current number of required users and expanding it when additional users are required.
